Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tire Loader with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading tires, organizing inventory, and supporting warehouse operations safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload tires onto trucks or storage racks safely and efficiently
• Sort, stack, and organize tires in the warehouse according to size, type, and specifications
• Inspect tires for defects or damage before loading
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed (forklift certification preferred)
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Assist in general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tire loading, warehouse, or material handling roles
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy tires (up to 70 lbs) regularly
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting tires and maintaining accurate inventory
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or experience with certified operators
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Previous experience in tire warehouses, automotive, or logistics industries
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overtime
