Change Manager for Provincial Digital Referral program

Position : Senior Change Manager

Location : New Brunswick, Canada

(On-site preferred;Remote considered within Canada)

Duration : Long-term contract (12+ months)

Job Description

The Senior Change Manager will lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities for large, complex, transformational initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in change methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies, particularly within healthcare or eHealth environments.

Mandatory Requirements

• University Degree or Community College Diploma or equivalent special experience
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated IM / IT experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Change Manager on large, complex transformational projects that :
• Span multiple organizations, business units, or stakeholder groups
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
