• Responsible for maintaining the P&WCL fleet of rental engines to support multiple configurations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to support the 0 TSO commercial program.
• Ensure rental fleet serviceability and availability in line with P&WC’s service‑level targets through a dedicated maintenance budget.

Full‑time position Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil and performed exclusively on site.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance for the P&WC rental engine fleet.
• Develop the 5‑year maintenance forecast and support financial planning.
• Provide technical assistance to customers, suppliers, and OEMs regarding the rental fleet and core inventory.
• Investigate field events in collaboration with CFirst and customer engineering to identify root causes.
• Negotiate chargeback cases with customers and maintenance facilities.
• Develop and maintain rental maintenance processes to meet the highest quality standards.
• Provide strategic direction for maintenance supplier development and worldwide management.
• Lead maintenance transformation and cost‑reduction initiatives; support pool optimisation.
• Implement quality matrix for fleet reliability.
• Support pool optimisation and engine deployment strategy.
• Manage a significant engine maintenance budget to ensure customer satisfaction and meet financial expectations and KPIs.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 10 years of experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Experience in customer support.
• Experience in aerospace.
• Good technical knowledge of engine operation.

Competencies required:

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Leadership skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Experience with project management.
• Knowledge of P&WC maintenance publications (EMM, IPC, SBs, etc.).
• ITC.

Work environment is French‑speaking, but the role requires strong English for reading technical documentation, writing, and communication with international customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
