T he QA Systems & Regulatory Affairs Intern w ill s upport the QA Systems and Regulatory Affairs teams with setup and ongoing management of the supplier approval program. The intern will assist with document management within our supplier database and ensure compliance. The intern will also c ommunicat e with suppliers surrounding any questions or issues that may arise.

The Internship Program will begin on May 11 th and end August 14 th 2026 .

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER ...

Review and approve supplier documents enter new items and information answer supplier questions or concerns while utilizing our supplier management database ( TraceGains ) ;

Help with finalizing finished product recipes for BRC review with the help of the manufacturing plants;

Edit and update any necessary documents in compliance with QA requirements.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YO U ...

Are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Sciences or a related field ( Second or third year undergrad or first year Master students );

Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;

Have previous related internship experience (an asset );

Are d etail-oriented analytical self-motivated and willing to take initiative;

Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners quickly building relationships;

Are b ilingual with s trong oral a nd written communication skills ( French and English ) ;

Master Office suite programs and applications ;

Have strong time management and organizational skills : you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines .
