Responsibilities

  • Data entry related to the merchandise
  • Taking calls for information related to delivery, merchandise, pickup, etc.
  • Ensure good follow-up of emails for one-off requests
  • Creation of scorecards
  • Ordering office supplies
  • All other related administrative tasks
  • Qualifications

  • Strong French written and spoken
  • Advanced English (receiving emails in English and functional English for taking calls)
  • Necessary as it is a North American company
  • Proactivity, priority management and methodical
  • Asset : experience in the field of transport
