Our client is currently seeking a Branch Coordinator to work with our client in Saint John, NB. THE ROLE : Oversee all office administration tasks Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls as appropriate.
Order office supplies.Oversee office equipment and maintenance.File hardcopy documents as required.Coordinate branch to branch transport of materialsManage all incoming and outcoming mail.
Issue and receive purchase orders for third party requirements.Issue and receive purchase orders for safety supplies.Book hotel accommodations for work crews for out-of-town jobs as required.
Process scaffold quotes, sales, and rentals.Track and reconcile inventory from rental returns.Other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS : Customer Service and Office Administrative experience is requiredPrevious experience working in a construction yard is an asset.
Diligence and attention to detail.Good organizational skills.Good verbal and written communication skills are required WHAT WE OFFER $28.
