Overview

Join Manulife’s Technology Transformation Office and help redefine how we enable learning and development across global technology teams. We are building a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, and we need a passionate, technically minded leader to drive the growth and maturity of our Content Library Program, enabling best-practice sharing across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full content lifecycle—from conceptualisation to post-publication success metrics.
• Engage with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Manulife University team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and impactful technical content.
• Foster a strong community of practice around knowledge sharing.

Salary range is expected to be between $113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training.
