  • Lead global backlog prioritization and partner engagement.
  • Content Lifecycle Management

  • Lead all aspects of end-to-end operations of the Content Library, including curation, knowledge checks, multilingual support and success metrics.
  • Maintain process documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with Manulife University standards.
  • Manage post-publication activities such as feedback collection, content refresh cycles, and performance reporting.
  • Change Enablement & Communication

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support change initiatives.
  • Champion adoption of new processes and tools across global teams.
  • Content Development

  • Design and produce engaging, high-quality technical learning experiences using approved tools (PowerPoint, Articulate360, Synthesia, Edcast, Clipchamp, MS Forms).
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible, learner-friendly formats.
  • Coach and mentor content creators on instructional design, storytelling, and tool proficiency.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Work closely with Technology teams and business partners to align learning strategies with organizational goals.
  • Build and sustain key learning partnerships alongside the Director.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration between content creators and platform teams.
  • Support onboarding and continuous development of team members.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and enhance content frameworks and user experience.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across technical teams.
  • Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of related content development and instructional design with hands-on practitioner expertise.
  • Proven experience in technical content creation and a passion for learning and teaching.
  • Strong storytelling, instructional design, or technical writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Synthesia, Confluence, and Articulate (strong asset).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
