We are seeking a stellar senior engineering manager to lead two software engineering teams—frontend, backend, data, and external engineers—who develop and maintain software applications that enable over‑the‑air (OTA) access to construction machinery via our IoT devices. The teams are focused on building the exciting new features FOTA and remote commands on top of our extendable platform, Trackunit Iris.

As part of a cross‑functional leadership team with other engineering managers, product managers, and designers, you will be responsible for all aspects of the product areas within strategic product initiatives, setting direction and communicating current status and plans.

Location : London, Ontario, Canada. We offer a flexible setup allowing you to work from our London hub or remotely in Ontario, though we expect regular presence at the hub.
