We are looking for an  Analytics Specialist  who can go beyond dashboards and spreadsheets—someone who can shape and sustain a culture of predictability, accountability, and shared success across technical teams and project function.

In this role, you won’t just analyze data. You’ll develop and manage tools to gather data and produce results. You will translate numbers into stories that influence decisions and drive real business change. You will define important measures and build performance measurement frameworks. These frameworks help teams track success and make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Come join Enbridge’s Projects Team today!

Collaborate with key business partners across Core Programs, Major Projects, Operations, IT, and business unit customers to ensure integration of tools, data, and tracking systems supporting LP Mainline program performance.

Single point of contact for analytics, developing and managing critical metrics (e.g. cost per unit, cost and schedule performance, productivity, etc.).

Steer high frequency probabilistic reporting processes that support what-if analytic and investigative exercises to enhance decision making for achieving capital targets.

Lead the development and sustainment of centralized analytics tools and reporting products.

Maintain automated and interactive dashboards that are accessible and actionable for key partners.

Who You Are :

Related university degree in an applicable subject area, such as business, engineering, statistics, data science, or a combination of related experience and certifications.

You bring 7 + years of progressively responsible experience in project management, controls, business management, or analytics or a related field. Note 10 years of experience is required without a degree.

Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. This includes the ability to develop collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners.

Experience in managing performance management frameworks, cost management, scheduling, and forecasting practices.

You have expertise with benchmarks to define, track, and improve important measures to assess real success.

You are fluent in project systems such as Oracle, Primavera, MS Excel, and reporting visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Proven capabilities utilizing data management and analytical tools such as Python, SQL, PowerBI, or Databricks to manage information and present results in a visual, meaningful way.
