Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Advisor will be responsible for giving world-class in-home presentations and closing sales in homes. They will engage in prospecting and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be passionate about providing customers with the highest level of service.

Responsibilities :
This position will include, but not be limited to the following :
Sales Presentations
Conduct in-home HVAC sales presentations to potential customersDemonstrate product knowledge and highlight features and benefitsProvide recommendations for products and services that meet customer needsCommunicate pricing and financing optionsClosing Sales
Overcome objections and close salesCreate and maintain strong relationships with customersFollow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfactionAchieve monthly and annual sales KPI’sLead Generation / Prospecting
Conduct research and identify potential customersUtilize marketing strategies to generate leadsDevelop and maintain a network of referral sourcesFollow up on leads and schedule appointmentsLearning and Professional Development
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and servicesAttend training sessions and seminarsCollaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practicesContinuously improve sales skills and techniquesInterdepartmental Collaboration
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionCoordinate with the Install team to ensure smooth installationsCollaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and concernsProvide feedback to management to improve processes and procedures to review market conditionsQualifications :
Valid drivers license for 3+ years, clean drivers abstract, and reliable transportationExcellent customer / member service and communication oriented3+ years of relevant professional sales experienceStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to thrive in a 100% commission sales rolePositive mindsetHVAC or construction trade experience is an assetValues :
