The Opportunity

• Proven ability to lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for complex projects including digital transformation and system integration initiatives.
• Strong skills in translating complex business needs into clear actionable functional and non-functional specifications ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams developers and QA specialists to design solutions validate deliverables and maintain quality standards.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders lead workshops and drive process improvements across business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities supporting team development and promoting best practices while contributing to change management initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in business finance IT or related field and 8 years of business analysis experience on complex projects (insurance or financial services is an asset).
• Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements creating clear specifications and applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; bilingual (French and English) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project); knowledge of insurance systems is an asset.
• Professional certifications (CBAP PMI-PBA Prosci) are an advantage.
