Summary

With us, you will work with innovative and world-class IT and telecom products. You will be the main point of contact on a daily basis for our various customers. In addition to providing technical services to our customers, you will work in collaboration with the supplier’s technical specialists.

• Ensure the reception of incidents by phone or email;
• Develop a diagnosis;
• Use remote control tools for problem resolution;
• Analyze and develop a diagnosis and plan to solve technical problems related to the use of specialised audio / screen recording, analysis and reporting software, equipment (servers, disks, OS), the client’s network environment (switch, router, firewall configuration mainly related to VoIP), databases (MySQL and MSSQL)
• Manage and resolve technical problems;
• Inform customers of the progress of the investigation and resolution via CRM tools;
• Document what has been done in the system in order to share information with other team members;
• Set up technical procedures;
• Installation, configuration and integration of our specialized software solutions for customers in their VM Ware, Citrix Xen, Virtual Box (LAB) or traditional physical server (hardware) environments;
• Implement technical procedures as needed;
