Food Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Food Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair food processing equipment, including grinders, and handle building maintenance tasks. This role ensures smooth operations in our facility, addressing both equipment and structural issues.

Key Responsibilities
– Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair food processing machines like grinders, conveyors, gear boxes and mixers.
– Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general facility upkeep.
– Develop schedules to prevent equipment failures.
– Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
– Quickly resolve mechanical and facility-related problems.

Qualifications
– Proven experience in food equipment and building maintenance.
– Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
– Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards.
– Vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields is a plus.
