Phlebotomy Program Director / Lead Instructor—Eureka

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direction of and in coordination with the College of the Redwoods management overseeing the Community Education Department, this role is responsible for :

• Operation, administration, and instruction of the program
• Ensuring legal qualifications and expectations of didactic and clinical instructional quality are met
• Coordinating student assignments to clinical education sites
• Making clinical site visits
• Ensuring continued program certification renewal
• Preparation and submission of program certification renewal materials to the California Department of Public Health

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills

Abilities Candidates must have the ability to serve in a Program Director / Lead Instructor capacity exercising a responsibility for :

Physical Abilities Education and Experience Licensed physician and surgeon; licensed physician assistant; registered nurse; or person licensed under Chapter 3 of the California Business and Professions Code. Salary Grade Based on experience Salary
