Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑the‑road role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Niagara Falls, ON and St Catharines, ON. The Associate will interact with clients, build relationships, understand customer needs, and actively promote and sell custom cabinetry and services. Duties include providing design consultations, accurate price quotes, managing sales follow‑ups, addressing inquiries professionally, and coordinating with the manufacturing team to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship‑building skills to enhance the client experience
• Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Knowledge of design principles, specifically related to cabinetry or home interior design
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Organization and time management abilities with attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in computer programs, including design software, CRM tools, and spreadsheets
• Experience in cabinetry, furniture, home improvement, or related industries is a plus
• Passion for customer satisfaction and an understanding of client needs
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in design or sales is advantageous
