Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Pega PRPC-based solutions design and architecture
• 6 years of experience in Pega Development standards
• Pega recommended education to a Lead System Architect level
• Proficiency in implementing complex workflows, rules, and data structures

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of job schedulers such as Control-M
• Experience with App Dev Lifecycle via release management and migration
• Familiarity with JavaScript

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Pega applications and interfaces
• Update documents with guardrails and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug Pega applications
• Implement Screenpop Functionality for Call Centers
• Lead and participate in project teams in various roles
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
