ERP Program Manager

Job Title: Bilingual Jr. Project Manager– ERP Implementation

Duration: 12 months

Working Arrangements: Hybrid 3-4 days in office

Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QU

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the full-cycle ERP implementation, in coordination with external vendors, IT, and Finance teams.
• Manage the design and standardization of the Chart of Accounts (COA), balancing standard practices and required customizations.
• Serve as system superuser for NetSuite, providing expertise, troubleshooting, and ongoing support after go-live.
• Design and deliver training for end users, including creation of SOPs, user manuals, and English-language training materials.
• Regularly interface with end users and project team, fostering communication and addressing project roadblocks.
• Project manage timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and relay feedback for successful adoption.
• Support post-implementation activities, including system optimization and process improvement.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (mandatory); strong understanding of finance cycles and processes.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations, with strong accounting (AP, GL, Order to Cash, FP& A) acumen.
• Autonomous, methodical decision-maker, with superior organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in French (required for Montreal and Toronto-based users).
• Proficiency in MS Visio, MS Project; strong documentation and process mapping skills.
• Experience creating user documentation and delivering systems training.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred; other ERP exposure a plus.
• Must be able to work on-site as required.
