We are currently looking for an FP&A Analyst to support leadership with financial analysis, product profitability, and pricing strategy. In this role, you will play a key part in the company’s financial performance and act as a business partner to Sales, Operations, and Product Management.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed product profitability analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly performance reports to senior management.
• Evaluate potential cost-saving initiatives and provide informed recommendations.
• Analyze selling prices against market benchmarks and competitors.
• Develop pricing strategies for new products and new collections.
• Coordinate the annual pricing review for existing contracts.
• Manage pricing-related data in the ERP system and ensure its accuracy.
• Maintain product, price, and cost databases, as well as price lists in SharePoint.
• Analyze and assess market share to support growth strategies.
• Actively participate in financial forecasting and the annual budgeting process.
• Serve as a resource for the sales and product management teams on cost and pricing matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• CPA designation completed or in progress (strong asset).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP (asset).
• Understanding of sales operations processes (asset).
