Our success stems from living our values. We care about supporting our community and act with integrity in all we do. Working close‑knit, we act as one team with one mission, constantly seeking new ideas to deliver the best programs and services.
As an employer, we commit to your health, wellness and growth. We offer a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.
The Role
The Assistant Lifeguard plays an important role, providing quality leisure programs and ensuring the safety of our military members and their families. In support of facility Lifeguards, you will be responsible for the safety and well‑being of members, providing supervision where necessary (e.g., water slide, rope swings). You will oversee swimmer safety, model and promote safe aquatic behaviours, provide positive public relations, respond to emergency situations, and deliver basic patron care. This is an excellent growth position for individuals with current bronze cross certification who wish to develop their lifeguard skills.
We are looking for dynamic, independent and motivated individuals to help us ensure recreation stays safe and fun!
