FR: Nous recrutons pour une banque européenne de premier plan un ou une FX Risk IT Support. Basé à Montréal, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Front Office. Notre cabinet assure la recherche et la présélection via un processus à échelle humaine.
EN: We are recruiting for a leading European bank a FX Risk IT Support. Based in Montreal, you will join the Front Office team. Our firm manages the research and pre-selection via a human-scale process.
MISSION / ROLE SUMMARY
FR : Membre clé de l'organisation de support mondiale 24h/24, vous garantissez la stabilité des chaînes de booking, de gestion des ordres et de risque (Orchestrade, Barracuda, Sigma, IRIS). Vous opérez en "frontline" pour assurer la continuité des activités de trading FX en coordination avec Londres et New York.
EN: As a key member of the global 24-hour support organization, you ensure the stability of booking, order management, and risk chains (Orchestrade, Barracuda, Sigma, IRIS). You operate on the frontline to ensure business continuity for FX trading activities in coordination with London and New York.
Responsabilités / Key Responsibilities
FR :
• Assurer le support front-line des systèmes FX (booking, risk, P&L) pour le Front, Middle et Back Office, avec un haut niveau de réactivité.
• Prendre ownership des incidents de production, coordonner les équipes globales (Londres / New York) et assurer le suivi jusqu’à résolution définitive.
• Surveiller proactivement les systèmes (monitoring, batchs, performance) afin d’anticiper les incidents avant impact business.
• Travailler avec les équipes projets et éditeurs (Orchestrade, Barracuda, etc.) pour le support niveau 3, les mises en production et l’amélioration continue.
EN:
• Provide front-line support for FX systems (booking, risk, P&L) to Front, Middle, and Back Office users with a high level of responsiveness.
• Take ownership of production incidents, coordinate with global teams (London / New York), and ensure follow-up until definitive resolution.
• Proactively monitor systems (monitoring, batches, performance) to anticipate incidents before business impact.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors (Orchestrade, Barracuda, etc.) for Level 3 support, releases, and continuous improvement.
Profil
FR :
• Expérience en support IT Front-Office FX (min. 3 ans) dans un environnement buy-side ou sell-side.
• Solide compréhension des produits FX (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, Options) et des notions de Risk / P&L.
• Compétences techniques solides : Windows / Unix, SQL, batchs (Control-M), outils de monitoring.
• Excellente communication en anglais, capacité à gérer la pression et à interagir avec des utilisateurs exigeants.
EN:
• Experience in FX Front-Office IT support (min. 3 years) within a buy-side or sell-side environment.
• Solid understanding of FX products (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, Options) and Risk / P&L concepts.
• Strong technical skills: Windows / Unix, SQL, batches (Control-M), monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication in English, ability to handle pressure and interact with demanding users.
Informations contractuelles
FR : Montréal. Mode Hybride (3 mois présentiel, puis 2-3 jours télétravail). Priorité au poste permanent. Pas de télétravail à 100% de l'étranger. Salaire estimé uniquement par notre cabinet environ 85-105 K$ par an (+ bonus), suivant expérience et expertise (nombreux postes à venir chez le client et possibilité d'avancement +).
EN: Montreal. Hybrid model (3 months on-site initially, followed by 2-3 days of remote work). Permanent position preferred. 100% remote work from abroad is not available. Estimated salary (firm's evaluation only) between $85k–$105k per year (+ bonus), commensurate with experience and expertise. Multiple upcoming openings with this client and strong opportunities for career advancement.
