Photocopier Service Technician Jr

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician. You will be responsible for delivering repair service for photocopiers and printers in the Montreal area. Training offered

• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment by appropriate tests, perform troubleshooting and be able to refurbish equipment;
• Take available training programs provided by equipment manufacturers that are under contract with customers;
• Manage customer SLAs and help reduce customer equipment downtime;
• Maintain an appropriate stock level in warehouse and car(s);
• Perform emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment;
• Inventory and delivery of cartridges.

Requirements:

• DEP or AEC in Electronics or Computer Repair or in a related field;
• 1 year of experience in a similar role (IT support, electromechanics, etc.);
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Valid driver's licence, (vehicle provided and km reimbursed);
• French, English (technical documentation).
