Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in  our site of Trois-Rivière (Québec), Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m and, if needed, Saturday from 8 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm.  As a  Scale Clerk , you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers.

What you’re responsible for :

• Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival;
• Weigh trucks and enter information into the system;
• Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software;
• Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed;
• Track material shipments and produce required reports;
• Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.).
