About this role

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Warehouse in Kelowna, BC. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

Your responsibilities

• Shipping / receiving, entering data, filing and tracking waybills and packing slips
• Record keeping, and labelling products to ensure organization of materials for projects
• Data entry, tracking and file management
• Oversee insurance, maintenance and security of fuel cards and company fleet
• Assist with fleet management and maintenance
• Coordinate delivery requests and resolve inquiries and concerns related to orders, deliveries, fleet inquiries and inventory availability
• Drive forklift to stack / store material to avoid damage and deterioration
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization of warehouse; general yard upkeep
