About the Position We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our high-growth software company.

Our ideal candidate has a solid background in computer science or engineering, at least 3 years of experience developing web applications, and a passion for building impactful software.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Nova Scotia, Canada.

What you'll do Play a leadership role by living our values openly Participate in code reviews and pair programming Improve our developer tools, tests, processes, and technology Work with stakeholders to flesh out requirements and communicate tradeoffs in solutions Learn and innovate on new ideas by continually looking to improve how we work Plan and build product features that directly impact our customers Requirements Strong familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (we use React and Next.js) Strong familiarity with web frameworks (we use Ruby on Rails) Experience working with databases and understanding of relational database concepts Demonstrated ability to build software that’s been used by real users—show us your portfolio or projects!

A CS or Math degree is a bonus, but not required You care more about discovering "what is true" than being right Experience building for fun or exploring new technologies on your own is highly valued Why Join Us?
