Ingenium Developer

Location : Mississauga, Ontario

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Ingenium Developer to support the design, development, configuration, and enhancement of insurance policy administration systems using Ingenium (OpenText / CSC) . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise and experience working within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize solutions using Ingenium
Work on policy lifecycle components including new business, endorsements, renewals, and claims (if applicable)
Perform system integration with third-party and internal applications
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support testing, deployment, and production issues
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Ingenium (OpenText / CSC)

Experience in insurance policy administration systems

Proficiency in configuration, customization, and batch processing

Knowledge of system integrations and data flows

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

COBOL

DB2

Java Script

JCL (Mainframe Job Control Language)

Nice to Have

Experience with life, annuity, or P&C insurance systems

Prior experience in large enterprise or transformation projects

Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
