Duration : 2–3 months (with potential for permanent hire)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Work Type : In-office

Wage : $18–$22 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a temporary 2–3 month assignment, with the possibility of permanent hire. This is strictly a data entry role and not a bookkeeping position.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurate data entry into the system

Working extensively with Excel

Maintaining organized and up-to-date records

Supporting the accounting team with administrative data tasks

Qualifications :

Experience with Great Plains Accounting System (strongly preferred)

Strong data entry experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Quick learner with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
