Job Description
Reporting to the Remote Monitoring Center Supervisor, the agent must continuously monitor the company’s facilities. They must also respond to the various alarms and calls that occur daily. Finally, they may also be asked to conduct video investigations.
What you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the security of the facilities through observation and the use of images and information from live video surveillance
- Performing technical verification of video surveillance equipment
- Creating and managing access controls
- Receiving, managing, and distributing phone calls
- Managing and responding to incoming alarm signals
- Alerting, dispatching, and coordinating emergency services as needed
- Writing various types of reports
- Working closely with investigators
- Analyzing video footage to improve processes
Qualifications
To join our team:
- You must be able to work multiple shifts (one week of day shifts, one week of evening shifts, and one week of night shifts per month).
- You have the BSP Electronic Security Systems card or can take the course once hired
- Experience in security is an asset
- You are bilingual (French and English)
- You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license
