Job Summary :
The Business Analyst role involves working within agile frameworks to gather and analyze user requirements, design system solutions, and improve user experience. This position requires strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and facilitate workshops. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for incident management, issue triage, and creating comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate leadership in guiding cross-functional teams through requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Perform system analysis, design, testing, and implementation of applications.
- Define and manage user stories, participate in sprint planning, and ensure business needs are reflected in technical solutions.
- Conduct user research, develop personas, and create journey maps to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Analyze user requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to generate prototypes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage incidents, triage issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Consult with clients on changes / modifications and recommend system enhancements.
- Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and other relevant materials.
- Assist in planning application development activities and provide direction to ensure deliverables meet standards.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Proven experience working within agile frameworks.Experience conducting user research, developing personas, and creating journey maps.Strong understanding of system analysis and design, including experience with web-based technologies and databases.Experience working closely with technical teams to handle incident management and issue triaging.Experience implementing, managing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions.Strong background in systems analysis, requirements definition, prototyping, and feasibility studies.Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, COTS tools, and web-based technologies.Experience with systems integration and data-mining / reporting-based tools.Preferred Skills & Certifications :

The resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday.
