Service Consultant

Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary:

The Service Consultant plays an integral role in Birchwood Automotive Group achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The Service Consultant is responsible for the efficient scheduling of services and repairs while maintaining open and current communication with the customer. Using industry-leading technology and software, they will communicate with varying levels of technical understanding of customer repairs and estimated times of repair. The successful candidate will be energetic, conscientious and focused on providing a customer-centric experience. This position will be used to develop the successful candidate’s understanding of Fixed Operations in the dealership.

Shifts:

Four 10-hour shifts per week

Hours: 7:30 am -6:00 pm

Monday-Saturday with rotation each week

Qualifications:

• Dealership Service Consultant experience is considered an asset

• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

• CDK experience is preferred, but not required

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clear drivers abstract and transportation to work required
