Your new role
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the BDD will be responsible for leading, prioritizing, and executing operations for a group of yards in B.
C. The BDD would be accountable for the expansion of a profitable customer base as well as the implementation of systems and processes that support the achievement of thepany objectives.
Working in a very fast-paced environment where things can change on a daily basis. We are looking for a hands-on BDD, who would prioritize and evolve strategical and tactical initiatives, inspiring and mentoring internal talent.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a :
- Minimum of 5 years in high managerial roles.
- Experience in the metal industry.
- Experience leading projects for differentpanies
- Strongmunication, sales, and negotiation skills
- MS Office Suite· Influential leadership and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
