Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a housekeeping attendant for one of our rental properties located in Laval. Are you said to be a versatile and meticulous person? You are the person we need! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Maintain property areas and systems
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Clean entryways and common areas
• Keep the work environment clean
• Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Wash windows in common areas
• Maintain the garden
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Clean the administrative office
• Taking out the trash
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
