Full Time Taproom Server

Maybee Brewing Company is seeking a reliable and professional Taproom Server to join our team in Fredericton.

As the first point of contact for our guests, a welcoming personality is essential. You will stay aware of the taproom environment at all times, keeping it safe, clean and comfortable for guests while maintaining a high level of service and confidently adhering to responsible serving guidelines.

This is a Full Time position, averaging 25-35 hours per week. Comprehensive health and dental coverage are available following a successful 3-month probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a thorough knowledge of our products, including 3rd party and non-alcoholic options.
• Complete transactions using Square POS, handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all provincial liquor regulations and responsible service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized taproom at all times, including the bar, seating areas, washrooms, merchandise shelves, point of sale, and dishwashing areas. Take initiative on cleaning and organizational tasks without direct supervision.
• Maintain an inviting taproom atmosphere, including music, temperature, lighting, and addressing any disruptions to the comfort of the environment.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House and Production teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
