Position Description

As Engineering Manager at our Milwaukee Service Repair Hub, you will play a leadership role in driving operational excellence, supporting production, returns and reconditioning operations, and fostering a high-performance culture rooted in our core values. You will lead a skilled engineering team, champion continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven solutions, support new product development, and enhance quality and productivity across the plant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about developing people and processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide daily leadership and support to the engineering workforce, fostering a culture anchored in TTI Canada’s core values.
  • Support production, returns, and reconditioning operations by leading problem-solving efforts to reduce downtime, improve throughput, and ensure safety and quality.
  • Partner with the Business System Technology Team in delivering analytics, dashboards, and root cause analysis to drive performance.
  • Develop and mentor engineering teams to enhance technical capabilities and leadership growth.
  • Maintain and implement work instructions and procedural changes in collaboration with plant teams.
  • Coordinate with IT to validate and implement updates to shop management systems.
  • Lead 6S (5S + Safety) initiatives and manage non-stock purchasing activities.
  • Collaborate on new product development through the Service VIGOR process, including service documentation, tooling, spare parts, and production launch support.
  • Own the Service Hub’s quality processes by partnering with corporate and quality teams to conduct audits, reviews, implement corrective actions, and reduce negative customer experiences.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, tracking and reporting productivity gains and cost savings.
  • Work overtime (OT) when needed based on operational needs
  • Ensure collaboration and effective communication between the US and Canadian Hub operations.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or Industrial Technology (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in production-related engineering; experience in service repair environments and new product development is highly desired.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems; Oracle and Korber One expertise is a plus.
  • Proven success in building high-performing engineering teams and navigating startup or high-growth environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across distributed teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Willingness to travel frequently during initial training and plant setup (up to 75%), and regularly post-launch (up to 50%), some travel will be international

What You Will Get:

At TTI Canada, we’re proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive rewards package that supports your health, financial well-being, and personal growth:

  • 100% employer-paid health and dental coverage - for you and your family
  • Competitive base salary (115K to 125K), plus 30% annual bonus
  • Company-matched savings plan - we’ll match your contributions up to 6% of your earnings
  • $500 in flexible wellness credits - choose between a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) or Personal Spending Account (PSA)
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, personal days, and volunteer time
  • Access to virtual healthcare services - anytime, anywhere
  • Exclusive employee perks - including brand discounts & preferred pricing with external vendors
  • Education reimbursement program - supporting your continued learning and development

Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process. If you require accommodations for interviews or other meetings, please advise when submitting your application.
