Sprinkler Estimator / Project Manager

Our Saskatoon, SK branch is currently looking for an experienced Sprinkler Estimator / Project Manager to join their team.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Estimating, as well as Project Management of Renovations and small contract projects.

Responsibilities :

• Preparing fire protection quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities
• Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings / specifications, developing Proposals, Securing purchase orders / contracts.
• Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades; and
• Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
• Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders
