About the Customer Engagement & Loyalty Team
At RCL, the Customer Engagement & Loyalty team builds stronger, lasting relationships with our customers across Canada and across three beloved brands – Reitmans, RW&CO, and PENN.
Our mission is to connect brand creativity with data-driven precision, delivering seamless, personalized, omnichannel fashion experiences that make every customer feel recognized and valued. The result : stronger loyalty, increased CLTV, and inspired brand advocacy.
The Opportunity
As Product Owner, Customer Engagement, reporting to the Product Manager, Customer Engagement, you will lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of customer journey enhancements within a specific product area.
You’ll serve as the bridge between business teams (Digital, Customer Engagement, Marketing) and technical teams (IT, external vendors), ensuring features are delivered on time, meet business needs, and create meaningful customer experiences across loyalty and engagement platforms.
