Job Description

Essential Duties and Job Functions :

The responsibilities include and are not limited to :

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring that data visualization solutions meet their needs.

Manage a project backlog with internal users ensure that projects are thought through and deliverables are clearly articulated.

Build new Tableau dashboards

OptimizeexistingTableau dashboards for performance and usability ensuring a seamless user experience

Stay updated with the latest Tableau features best practices and industry trends to ensure the team isleveragingthe most effective tools and techniques

Work closely withGlobal Data& ITteams

To ensure data integrity and accuracy in all visualizations

Support new data ingestion andimprovements necessary to meet end user needs

Participate indata / codereviews and provide constructive feedback tomaintainhigh-quality standards

Support data ingestion where necessary while working to minimize human interaction through Tableau PrepAIor other innovative solutions.

Knowledge Experience and Skills :

An undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant quantitative discipline (computerscience statistics mathematicsengineeringetc.);

4 years applied experience in business intelligence and / or datamodeling;

A self-starter with high motivation proactiveproblem-solving skills and thrives in complex and ambiguous situations

Broad and proven experience in Tableau dashboard supporting Commercial teams in metric measurement and designs that support deep analysis.

Project Management & Presentation : Agile(Jira Confluence etc) PowerPoint

Proficiencywith data visualization and data storytelling

Experience inTableau PrepSnowflake and Starburst beneficial

Proficiencyin database modelling SQL and data warehousing principles

Experience with Veeva / Salesforce is an advantage

Experience with IQVIA related datasets is an advantage
