My name is Robin, and I am a recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment firm specialized in IT professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent roles.
All our recruitment consultants are IT experts who speak your language and understand your environment. We cover roles in IT, development, business intelligence, and infrastructure.
Coordinate IT activities and act as the central point of contact between the IT Manager, outsourced teams, and internal users.
Monitor, prioritize, and follow up on requests submitted to level 2-3 support providers.
Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, including SharePoint initiatives and other improvement or implementation projects.
Contribute to maintaining IT standards, processes, and best practices.
Prepare and update documentation related to systems, projects, and processes.
Provide occasional support to the IT Manager in strategic and operational tasks.
Ensure daily on-site presence to support teams and maintain a strong field perspective.

Education and Experience
Degree in computer science or a related field.
Professional experience: Several years in IT support, with progression toward coordination or team-management responsibilities; recognized managerial experience.
Experience with SharePoint (an asset).
Familiarity working with outsourced teams.
