What You’ll Do

• Be the face of HR – lead recruitment & onboarding for our frontline roles (your chance to shine!).

• Keep our HR world organized—files, HRIS updates, benefits, payroll support.

• Jump into training, engagement, performance reviews, surveys, and staff events.

• Bring fresh ideas and energy as you “dabble” in every corner of HR.

• Grow into more responsibility as we grow—we’ve got plenty of it to go around.

What We’re Looking For

• A natural extrovert who loves people and keeps conversations flowing.

• 1+ year in HR (or similar role) and some HRIS experience is a bonus.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.

• Great communicator who builds relationships across all levels.

• 19+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
