Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Coordinate the production and rollout of content marketing assets, including videos, blog posts, and social media content
• Support the development, updating, and maintenance of website content
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and budget spend
• Liaise with vendors and creative agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials
• Support the planning and coordination of internal and external events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Provide departments across all branches and territories with appropriate marketing tools, including digital and print campaigns, flyers, posters, trade show materials, and decals
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure alignment with overall business priorities

Must-haves for this role:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., content management systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and website content management tools is considered an asset
• Proficiency in French is an asset
