Paint Associate

Kent Building Supplies is seeking passionate individuals to join our team and provide outstanding customer service! We have openings for Sales Associates across multiple departments within our stores!

As a KENT associate, you will warmly welcome and interact with customers to thoroughly understand their needs and help them choose the right products for their projects. Whether you are on the Sales Floor or in the Lumber Yard, delivering exceptional customer service is our top priority as the leading home improvement destination in Atlantic Canada!

This includes open availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
• Self‑motivated and proactive in serving customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be cross trained in other departments.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends (rotating shifts).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
