We are looking for Field Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our team in this exciting new area of business. Working in a hybrid work environment and reporting into a Team Manager, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and drive revenue growth for Xplore by promoting Xplore’s products and services directly to potential residential customers within your designated territory. As an ambassador of Xplore, your role is to quickly establish rapport with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, relationship-focused, technology-loving individual with an understanding of the telecommunications industry and be motivated to achieve targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to significantly impact our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive door-to-door outreach within your assigned territory to identify potential customers, generating leads and converting them into revenue-generating opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of Xplore’s products and services, the features and benefits, and articulate Xplore’s competitive advantage.
• Effectively communicate pricing, packages, and promotions to potential customers.
• Process orders and document customer requests.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other designated systems.
• Report intelligence collected in the field such as brand information and competitive intelligence to your Team Manager.
• Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge; translate that knowledge into tailored solutions for the customers.
