TheServer is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests

Demonstrate a strong passion for guest service and hospitality

Providesan enjoyableandexpertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality,professionalismand friendliness

Knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specialswith the ability to advise guests on dietary restrictions and preferences

Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences

Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests.

Greet and seat guests when thehostessis unavailable, take reservations andhave the ability touse the Micros Operating System

WHAT TOBRING

Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in UnitedStates

Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto60lbs, and push / pull as needed during shifts

Weekend and Holiday availabilityrequired.

Possess advanced knowledge of wine and food
