What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions

The Project Manager is part of the Project Management Office within the Professional Services department. The Professional Services team is responsible for the delivery of customer contracts for our administrative (ERP) clinical/clinical-administrative and technology solutions. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the delivery of clinical and clinical-administrative portfolio projects.

As a Senior Project Manager you will report to the Senior Director of Professional Services and work in close collaboration with the Director of the Clinical Competence Center and the various corporate teams involved in your projects.

You will join a team renowned for its collaborative and dynamic approach and will manage the delivery projects assigned to you. In particular you will be responsible for representing LGI Health Solutions to clients as a project manager managing stakeholders project plans contractual and financial aspects risks/issues and action plans as well as reporting. The projects you will be assigned are large-scale and complex in nature.

How will your contributions be showcased

• Take charge of customer project management from contract award to closure;
• Use your project management expertise to provide guidance and structure to internal and external project teams;
• Ensure contract management manage customer expectations and apply the change request process as required;
• Ensure sound financial management of assigned projects including effort tracking revenue recognition and invoicing;
• Ensure the production of key customer project management deliverables such as project plans project launch material project registers project status reports and basic material for management committees;
• Prepare and facilitate scrums ad-hoc problem-solving meetings and steering committee meetings with the customers project manager;
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all internal teams customers and partners;
• Demonstrate leadership and build a motivating and mobilizing project dynamic for assigned resources and external teams;
• Mobilize and influence project positioning and decisions;
• Monitor and resolve project issues and risks in order to resolve them quickly;
• Ensure project governance and accountability.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in technology or IT project management;
• Undergraduate university degree (information systems or administration ideally);
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training (certificate masters degree);
• Mastery of project management processes and tools;
• Experience in software development or implementation;
• Proven ability to manage large-scale complex implementations on a global scale from launch to go-live working with a large project team of business analysts solution architects developers and multiple business stakeholders;
• Organizational skills business etiquette and political acumen;
• Aptitude for financial BI and revenue recognition aspects;
  Understanding of IT environments (application and infrastructure) an asset;
  Knowledge of the healthcare governmental or institutional sector an asset;
  Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Project Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft SharePoint Smartsheet and/or Confluence an asset;
  Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology an asset;
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating orally and in writing with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
