Job descriptionCreate and manage weekly driver schedules Handle sick calls, no-shows, and schedule adjustments Ensure minimum staffing levels are maintained Maintain fleet and vehicle records using Fleetio Create and track maintenance work orders Upload invoices and manage maintenance documentation Track inspections, renewals, and preventative maintenance Collect and verify driver trip sheets Prepare billing summaries and payroll data Submit payroll-ready information to the accountant Onboard new drivers and maintain documentation Track license and document expiries Support compliance and regulatory requirements Manage daily office operations Maintain office supplies and inventory Coordinate office vendors and supplies Keep records organized and up to date High school diploma required Post-secondary education in administration, business, or operations is an asset Experience in administration, operations, scheduling, or coordination is an asset Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using computer systems (Excel, scheduling tools, fleet software) Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and follow-up skills Stable, full-time role with a local, established company Clearly defined responsibilities and structure Direct collaboration with management Opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities over time
Operations Coordinator (Fleet & Office Operations)

Kalum Kabs Ltd. is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to support fleet operations, scheduling, office administration, and day-to-day operational coordination. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure systems, schedules, and records are accurate and up to date.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities in a structured environment.

- Salary : $55,000 per year (approx. $26.44 / hour)
