Location : Chilliwack, BC

Shifts : Primarily evenings and weekends

About Us

Ruth and Naomis Mission is a Christian faith-based organization dedicated to transforming lives impacted by homelessness, poverty, and addiction through the love of God. For over 20 years, weve been providing meals, shelter, and recovery support in Chilliwack. Today, we serve over 500 meals daily, provide housing to over 200 individuals each night, and walk with dozens of people in our recovery programs.

The Role

We are seeking compassionate, committed Recovery Support Workers to support participants in our mens and womens addiction recovery programs. Using the Genesis Processa faith-based recovery modelyoull guide individuals on their healing journey while helping maintain a safe, structured, and grace-filled environment.

This is a casual position, best suited for someone with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual check-ins
• Support life skills development and structured activities
• Offer emotional support and crisis intervention
• Promote a safe and encouraging recovery environment
• Collaborate with the team and maintain accurate documentation
