Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary :

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis process design activities and IT solution implementations related to business transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders prioritizing tasks and creating business process models.

Location : Fredericton New Brunswick Canada

Responsibilities :

• Elicit and analyze business requirements for business transformation initiatives.
• Design business processes and contribute to IT solution implementations.
• Collaborate with business unit and technical subject matter experts to gather requirements and define integration points.
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to stakeholders including executive-level individuals.
• Develop visual business process models and architecture diagrams.
• Develop operational procedures standards and / or policies.
• Prioritize assigned activities and tasks effectively.
