Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Senior Liability Adjuster to join our team in Québec, Quebec, Canada. This is a hybrid field role that consists of work from home and field work within the Québec region.


The successful candidate will assess liability claims by conducting loss investigations and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining high performance and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Requirements

• Bilingual (French and English)
• AMF License (personal and commercial lines)
• 5 + years of technical experience handling liability claims
• Post-Secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset
• Strong computer and reporting skills
• A team player with outstanding customer service skills
