Job description

Job Title : Full stack Developer (React)

Location : Scarborough, ON (3x onsite a week)

Employment Type : Contract

Job Description

Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back-end team and QA.
Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability.
Ensure technical feasibility of UI / UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient front-end systems.

Technical Skills Required

Front-end : React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI.

Back-end : Node.js, Express.js, PHP.

Databases : MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.

Other Skills : Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have : Banking experience.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications at scale.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
