With active developments underway and a healthy pipeline of future projects, our client is hiring an experienced site superintendent with full-cycle high-rise residential experience for a project in Toronto’s East End.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following :

• High-rise condo site management experience
• Completed 2-3 full cycle condo projects in a site superintendent role
• Ability to run a safe and tidy job site
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Great relationships with trades, consultants and building inspectors
• Create, maintain and manage all schedules and sequencing
• Ability to get ahead of potential issues to ensure the project stays on track
• Leadership of site professionals providing mentorship for junior staff
• Able to lead meetings and strong email communication skills
