Join our Transportation group in Calgary, AB , where you'll contribute to the design and drafting of urban and rural roadways, including highways, laneways, neighbourhood renewal projects, and cycling / pedestrian facilities. You'll work alongside an established team of professionals and be mentored by senior WSP staff to ensure an effective, collaborative environment for your career progression.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, primarily based in our downtown Calgary office.

Your Impact

• Deliver roadway design drawings and profiles using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for highways, laneways, and active transportation projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet safety, sustainability, and constructability standards.
• Prepare design quantities, cost estimates, and provide technical input to support tendering processes.
• Conduct occasional site visits to verify design details and existing infrastructure conditions.
• Apply transportation engineering principles and standards to create solutions that enhance mobility and community connectivity.
• Support project documentation and contribute to quality assurance throughout the design process.
